Branscum Construction Company and Precision Erection Company held their 39tth Annual Christmas Celebration and Awards Banquet on December 4, 2015.   This year's celebration began with a warm welcome from Steve Branscum to all of the associates.  Our Branscum family celebrated with a great lunch together and fellowship followed by the presentation of awards for years of service and recognition of the Associate of the Year at the First Baptist Church in Russell Springs, KY.  

Branscum Construction and Precision Erection Company were proud to honor many associates for their many Years of Service completed in 2015.  Recognized for ten years of service were Neal Bradshaw, Marco Gonzales, Eduardo Gonzales, and Iginio Perez.  Acknowledged for fifteen years of service was Luis Inestroza and Billy Stearns.  The twenty-year recipients of the gold anniversary ring were Chris Hudgins and James Murphy.  Also acknowledged were 18 associates with over 20 years of service. 

2015 Building for Excellence Associate of the Year Award was presented this year to Mr. Al Carbajal, during the annual Christmas celebration lunch.  The Branscum Organization bestows this very serious and honorable recognition based upon an associate's overall performance.  He was nominated by his co-associates using the following criteria for selection: Loyalty, Attitude, Effort, Ability, and Quality of Work.  Al has been acknowledged as one of the five Honorable Mentions for the past 5 years. He joined the Branscum Construction Family in 1999 and is an outstanding leader for the entire company.  Company President, Stephen Branscum said, "Al is looked upon by many as a good example of a Positive Role Model.  He is always willing to do whatever is needed and he sets the standards for all of us."

The five Honorable Mentions this year to be recognized were: Josh Branscum, Michelle Pettey, Steve Foley, David Mann, and James Murphy.  These five individuals were also nominated by their peers for their excellence in the industry.  There were 18 past Building for Excellence Associate of the Year present at the Christmas luncheon.
