
General trades package consisted of all concrete and carpentry, as well as demolition of both end zone bleacher system. This project was on a fast track time line due to the one year completion date.



New Construction of a state-of-the-art raternity house with detailed woodworking throughout. This project has the distinction of being one of the most elaborate Greek Houses on the campus of the University of Kentucky.

Renovation of an existing stadium, dugout and new brick fencing along the 1st and 3rd baseline. Upon project completion, the stadium has capacity to seat 2,500 with new restrooms and ticket windows.

The Law enforcement Training facility is a large complex located on the campus of EKU. It is at the center where law enforcement officials throughout Kentucky attend classes for training that enables them to become state and local police officers. This addition is a three-story structure that houses modern laboratories an ampi-theater classroom, conferences areas, offices and administrative suites. Other noteworthy features are a telecommunications center, fitness rooms and a computerized firearm training system.
In addition to the training facility, Branscum also managed the construction of a driving track where officers train for actual driving conditions in poice cruisers and a firing range for live ammunition practices.
