Branscum Construction was selected to build the new Toyota of Ashland for Mike Ayers and Clay Green of Ashland Associates. This is the second project for Branscum Construction with the Green family. The first was Infinity of Lexington which was completed in 2016.

The new 25,873 square foot dealership will consist of a showroom, business/sales area, service area, service receiving area, second-floor break room & conference area. The second floor has 4,834 square feet that includes the business area and parts room area. The project is progressing and excepted to be completed in late spring 2019.
