Branscum Construction started work on a design-build renovation and addition for Outdoor Ventures for the new Fibrotex USA facility in (McCreary County) Stearns, KY in early fall of 2018 with construction beginning in late 2018.

The new state-of-the-art facility is being established next to Outdoor Venture Corporation, which is a strategic partner to Fibrotex USA. ODV currently designs and manufactures modular personnel and command post tents for the Army. Fibrotex USA has been awarded a contract with the US Army to manufacture the Ultra-Light Camouflage Netting System (ULCANS). ULCANS will be an all-weather, state-of-the-art signature concealment system that provides multi-spectral protection for troops and equipment.

The new facility will consist of a 28,000 square foot renovation of an existing building with a 53,250 square foot pre-engineered metal building expansion. This will give Fibrotex a total of 81,250 square foot manufacturing and office facility.
