The new Lake Cumberland Regional College and Workforce Center will offer opportunities to receive college academic and technical degrees for all sectors of the population. Branscum Construction started work on a design-build renovation and addition for Outdoor Ventures for the new Fibrotex USA facility in (McCreary County) Stearns, KY in early fall of 2018 with construction beginning in late 2018. The new state-of-the-art facility is being established next to Outdoor Venture Corporation, which is a strategic partner to Fibrotex USA.

Branscum Construction was selected to build the new Toyota of Ashland for Mike Ayers and Clay Green of Ashland Associates. This is the second project for Branscum Construction with the Green family.
