Madison County Middle School Ribbon Cutting

Richmond, KY – Branscum Construction proudly joined Madison County Schools in celebrating the official Ribbon Cutting and Open House for the new Madison County Middle School on Wednesday, August 6, 2025.

Serving as Construction Manager, Branscum Construction worked in close partnership with the Madison County Board of Education, Superintendent Mr. Randy Neeley, previous Superintendent Dr. David Gilliam, and Chris Clark, Director of New Construction, to bring this modern, student-centered facility to life. The event marked a major milestone for the district and community as the school prepares to welcome students for the 2025–2026 academic year.

The new Madison County Middle School offers a forward-thinking learning environment designed to support student success and well-being. With flexible classrooms, collaborative spaces, and advanced technology throughout, the facility promotes engagement, creativity, and safety. Thoughtful design elements provide a welcoming and adaptable space where students can thrive academically and socially.

The school was designed by Clotfelter Samokar to meet the evolving needs of 21st-century education, combining functionality with innovation to create a vibrant hub for learning.

Guests attending the ribbon cutting had the opportunity to hear remarks from school leadership, participate in the ceremonial ribbon cutting, and tour the new facility.
