Fibrotex / Academy Renovation

Branscum Construction partnered with Fibrotex USA to complete a major renovation and facility expansion in Stearns, enhancing operational capacity and modernizing production space.

The project included the renovation of existing manufacturing areas along with a strategic building addition designed to support expanded equipment, workflow efficiency, and increased output. Structural upgrades, reinforced flooring systems, and utility improvements were incorporated to meet the demands of industrial textile production.

Careful coordination allowed ongoing operations to continue throughout construction, minimizing disruption while delivering substantial upgrades to the facility’s infrastructure and functionality.
