Goodwill Kentucky – Somerset

Branscum Construction was proud to partner with Goodwill Industries of Kentucky on the construction of its Somerset retail and workforce development facility in Somerset.

This modern retail space was designed to serve as both a community shopping destination and a center for job training and employment services. The project included a spacious retail floor, organized donation intake area, efficient back-of-house processing space, and professional offices dedicated to workforce development programs.

Built with durability, efficiency, and customer experience in mind, the facility supports high daily traffic while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. From site development through final finishes, Branscum Construction delivered a project that reflects Goodwill’s mission of strengthening communities through opportunity.
