Located in the heart of Richmond, the new Madison Middle School is a 101,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility built for Madison County Schools as a lasting investment in the region’s students and community. Designed to serve approximately 600 students in grades 6–8, the campus sits on a 40-acre site and was thoughtfully planned to balance functionality, durability, safety, and strong visual presence.
Serving as Construction Manager, Branscum Construction partnered closely with district leadership, architects, and stakeholders to deliver the project with disciplined management and seamless trade coordination. From site development and structural systems to advanced mechanical infrastructure, every phase was executed with precision, meeting modern safety and energy-efficiency standards while maintaining strict schedule control. The result is a high-performance educational facility that reinforces Branscum Construction’s reputation for excellence in public-sector construction.
