Branscum Construction was selected to construct the headquarters facility for the Republican Party of Kentucky in Frankfort.

The Republican Party of Kentucky Headquarters Expansion consists of a 6,800-square-foot addition to the existing Mitch McConnell Building in Frankfort, Kentucky. The new structure is connected to the original headquarters by an enclosed breezeway and was designed to complement the surrounding historical neighborhood while significantly enhancing functionality. The addition includes a state-of-the-art multimedia room, an elevated premium boardroom, and a modern event space capable of accommodating larger meetings, trainings, and candidate events. This expansion provides a centralized hub for Republican operations across the Commonwealth, supporting outreach, organizational coordination, and statewide engagement efforts.
