At Branscum, safety is everyone’s responsibility. Every team member has the authority to identify hazards, raise concerns, and stop work when needed. This shared accountability keeps everyone safe and reinforces a culture of care across all jobsites.
Daily communication, field engagement, and leadership visibility make safety a habitual part of our operations. By providing frequent positive examples and keeping safety present in every discussion, we empower new and veteran team members to understand, own, and improve our safety protocols.
