OUR SERVICES
The Right Approach
For over four decades, Branscum Construction has evolved to provide comprehensive construction services tailored to the unique goals of every client. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all. Our expertise covers three primary project delivery methods: Construction Management, Design-Build, and General Contracting. These options give you the flexibility, control, and efficiency needed for success.
Construction Management
We act as your project advocate, controlling costs, schedules, and quality by managing the entire design and construction process.
Design/Build
We serve as the single point of contact, unifying design and construction for a faster, more streamlined, and cohesive project delivery.
General Contracting
We efficiently execute your construction plans using competitive bidding, expert supervision, and rigorous on-site management.
Construction Management
This project delivery method is when Branscum is employed to oversee a construction project on the Project Owner’s behalf, offering significant savings of time and money. Branscum manages the project from beginning to end. Our rigorous process ensures that the project is a success.
Design-Build
For a Design-Build project, the Project Owner contracts with Branscum to provide both design and construction services. This “turnkey” process involves assembling a team of design professionals, architects, engineers, and contractors to design and construct your project. From this single source process, our team works to meet or exceed the expectations of the Client.
General Contracting
This traditional approach to construction involves the assembly of Branscum associates, selected contractors and material suppliers working under the direction of our project managers and superintendents. We have the capability of performing concrete placement, steel erection and rough and finish carpentry using our own personnel and we carefully manage all other subcontractors and suppliers to meet the project’s goals.
