The Center for Rural Development has a 750-seat auditorium with a full height fly loft and a drop down orchestra pit. Project also includes a convention center with 40,000 square feet and additional meeting rooms. The 2nd and 3rd floors are office space. The 2nd floor was built with a raised floor deck for wire chase. The Center for Rural Development was the first in South Central Kentucky to be set up with world teleconference capability.
