Sunrise Manor Nursing Home

Winner of the 2012 AGC Build Kentucky Award. The two-story Sunrise Manor consists of 90,785 square feet with the capacity of 130 long term resident’s rooms. The facility includes two dining rooms which are located on each floor, including private dining areas for residents and their families. There is also an in-house beauty salon, rehab facilities and administrative offices. Branscum Construction was both the Construction Manager and General Contractor for the Sunrise Manor Nursing Home.
